What are the advantages of online giving? 
  It makes it easy to fulfill stewardship commitments, even when you are unable to attend church. You never have to bring cash or checks to church.  Giving through automatic withdrawal helps the parish save money and plan its budget!
  
  Do I need to create an account?
  No. That said, we do recommend creating one so that you can view your online giving history. You will also be asked to create an account if you’d like to set up recurring donations.
  
  What payment methods do you accept?
  We accept donations from credit/debit cards as well as your Bank Account. While we’re happy to accept your donation by any means, Bank Account donations cost significantly less, allowing more of your gift to go towards the ministry.
  
  How are my contributions automatically deducted from my account? 
  The contribution amount you specify will automatically be transferred from your bank account or credit card to the parish bank account.   
  
  When will my contribution be deducted from my account?
  Your contribution will be debited on the date you specify.
  
  Is my giving information secure?
  Absolutely. Any personal or financial information you enter is encrypted using SSL security – the same state-of-the-art security measures used by online retailers, banks, and other financial institutions.

Will I receive a receipt when I give it online?
  Yes. You will be emailed a donation receipt each time you give. Again, we recommend creating an account so you can view all your online giving history.
  
  If I do not write checks, how do I keep my checkbook balance straight? 
  Since your contribution is made at a pre-established time, you simply record it in your check register on the appropriate date.  Your contribution is recorded on your bank statement as well as your parish tax statement.
  
  Without a canceled check, how can I prove I made my contribution? 
  You can contact the parish office at any time for a statement of your contributions.
   
  Can I put different amounts in offerings and have all of them withdrawn at different times? 
  Yes.
  
  What if I change the bank account or credit card? 
  Log in and update your account information in the Payment Profiles section. 
  Each checking/savings/credit card can be updated by following these steps:

• Clicking Edit Profiles (right side of your screen)
• Click Edit
• Make necessary changes
• Click Save.  

You can also send an email to the parish office and we would be willing to do that for you.

What if I try online giving and don't like it? 
  You can cancel your contribution by deleting the fund any time or send an email to the parish office and we would be happy to do that for you.
  
  How do I get started?
  Quickly set up an account with Parish Soft Giving.  Click here to access the form.  Contact the parish office for more information or for help setting up your automatic withdrawal for you.
  
  Is there a minimum or maximum I can give online? 
  No. 

If you would like to place something in the offertory basket, please pick up one of our 

“I GAVE ONLINE” cards on your way into the church and place it in the collection basket

 at offertory time.
